Just the other day I celebrated my 29th birthday. Wow, do the years fly by. I still feel pretty young. People around me figured I was only 22 or even 23 years old. I must look young also. In 29 years I have seen and experienced a lot. I have had good times and I have had bad times. Many life lessons have been thrown in my direction. Some lessons that could have been avoided. Others were needed so that one day I could help others.
The next few months are going to be wonderful. Already starting to move forward on the planning process of getting back to the Philippines. I am praying that sometime in the month of February I will be landing once again on Filipino soil. When I think about getting to the Philippines my hear leaps with joy. A country that I love so much and have such a huge heart for. My first visit to the Philippines in November 2011 I knew it was home for me. I knew it was the place God had called me to. That the dreams and the plans that God had for my life would unfold in the Philippines. I am looking forward to the day I make it through the airport and smell the air of the Philippines once again. My 29th birthday was spent here in Michigan, my 30th birthday will be at home in the Philippines.
